What Is this eBook about?

This eBook is an in-depth Thai Acupressure Points guide for the head and face. It’s part of our Thai Acupressure series and the theoretical counterpart of our practical Video Workshop Thai Massage for the Face & Head.

We describe the locations and functions of the most important Thai Acupoints in reference to the detailed charts (diagrams) in the book that visually display the various pressure points.

We’ll also discuss how each pressure point relates to the Sib Sen Lines, the corresponding TCM Acupoints and TCM Meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and to Marma Points and Nadi Channels in Ayurveda and Yoga.

Additionally, we give a systematic overview of the pressure points that need to be treated for a range of common health discomforts and ailments.

Note: we’ve also separately added high-resolution chart images to the product, making it easier to reference those while reading the book.
